Why should I list my business in the directory?

What if I don't think I'll find any customers within the congregation?

When will we be online, will it be at the time I build my ad?

Your ad will publish to the online directory after proofing by Gdirect. There may be some time lapse between paying for your ad and seeing it online. Certain churches have their online directory publish simultaneous to the printed directory, so there would be a greater lapse of time in those cases.

When will the directory be delivered?

Businesses will receive their directory at our initial "Kick Off" seminar. The congregation will receive the directories the following week.

When is the first seminar?

Approximately 4 weeks after the close of Registration.

What do I get for my money?

Business owners will be given the opportunity to purchase a basic listing or a higher profile ad at a reduced fee. New businesses and existing businesses can provide updates on the web at anytime. Of additional value is the opportunity to attend Business with God events throughout the year (Retail value is over $130.00). These provide extremely important information on growing, managing and succeeding with your business.

Should I upgrade my listing?

The basic ¼ page ad is virtually free when you consider the inclusion of the Business with God events (valued at over $130.00). For a slightly higher investment, you can upgrade your visibility to include an additional ½ page or full page color ad. This is a great way to make your business stand out for only a fraction of the cost of other marketing vehicles like newspapers, magazines or direct mail.

Who else will hear about my business?

The printed edition of your business directory will go out to every family within your church. In addition, it is published online so that anyone in the world can see it. In the near future, you will have the opportunity to utilize online lead sources produced directly to you from search engines.2

Are there other sources for marketing my business?

Yes. Gdirect is building a system for generating leads through the internet. At some point in the future, you will have the opportunity to utilize this engine to receive additional quality leads from the web.2

What is involved with the seminars?

The Business with God events involve six two-hour events spaced throughout the year. In these events, you will learn priceless ways to grow and manage your business in a way that brings you and those around you success, while pleasing God. These events will begin with the release of the directory, which is typically within 90 days from when the registration process begins.

How do I get started?

There are two easy ways to begin the process:

  1. Complete the pre-registration card and hand it in at your church.
  2. Go online to your church's website and follow the prompts for the Church Business Directory. If you need assistance with building or uploading your ad, we are here to help. From there, it is a very simple process to produce your advertisement online, or to upload an existing advertisement your business already uses.

What if I don’t have an advertisement to submit?

Gdirect will be able to walk you through the process of utilizing our online ad-building tool to create your advertisement in just a matter of minutes. If you wish to have a professional designer help with the creation of your ad, those services are available for a nominal fee.
